What happens when you request account deletion?
Immediate confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes
Grace period: You have 72 hours to cancel the deletion request by clicking the link in the confirmation email
Permanent deletion: After 72 hours, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems
Data that will be deleted:
Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number
Establishment Data: All information about your business including contact details, hours, photos, descriptions, and any other content you've added
Analytics Data: Any usage data and analytics collected from your Trema page
Account Data: Login credentials and account preferences
Legal Information
The information collected on this form is processed by MDNCT OÜ (Sepapaja 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia) to handle your account deletion request.
Legal basis: The processing is based on the performance of our contract with you and compliance with legal obligations under the GDPR.
Data recipients: The data collected in this form will only be accessed by our technical team and customer support staff as necessary to process your deletion request.
Data retention: The information provided in this deletion request form will be retained for 30 days after processing to ensure proper execution of the deletion request, then permanently deleted.
Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to limit processing. You may also object to processing of your data or exercise your right to data portability.
Authentication: We use Supabase as our authentication service provider. Your authentication data will also be permanently deleted as part of this process.
